phmanila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress — arising from the use of or inability to use phmanila, even if phmanila has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmanila does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
phmanila may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or any other reason that phmanila determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure.
Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds, promotional credits, or funds derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their phmanila accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting phmanila support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of phmanila shall first be submitted to phmanila's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phmanila support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory body overseeing phmanila's operations. phmanila is obligated to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
For disputes not resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
phmanila reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the mobile number or email address associated with their phmanila account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
Continued use of phmanila after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using phmanila and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
